About the Role

A 360 role connecting brand, product, and commercial — shaping how we position the brand, bring new products to market, and build sustained demand beyond launch. You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing, founders, and cross-functional teams to keep the brand clear, consistent, and growing.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive brand strategy, positioning, voice, and how the brand shows up across every touchpoint
  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches — positioning, naming, claims, messaging, and 360 campaign execution
  • Build integrated marketing plans connecting creative, social, influencer, PR, partnerships, and retail
  • Drive brand awareness through partnerships, PR, and cultural moments
  • Oversee consumer events and brand experiences from concept through execution
  • Develop strategic creative briefs for the creative team
  • Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive landscape
  • Track marketing spend and campaign performance, report on ROI

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in brand or product marketing in beauty, haircare, or prestige consumer brands
  • Proven experience owning brand positioning, creative briefing, and go-to-market planning
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical and commercially minded
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Energized by a fast-paced, founder-led environment
