About the Role

Own and drive our influencer and partnership strategy — developing a strong network of creators and stylists who are genuinely connected to the brand. You'll lead how we build relationships, structure paid partnerships, and show up across cultural moments, helping translate Chris' authority into a modern, connected community that fuels both brand and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a strong community of influencers, tastemakers, and professional stylists
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with creators, agents, and stylists
• Own and drive the influencer program across paid and earned
• Lead paid partnerships end to end — identification, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance tracking
• Develop and execute a consistent seeding strategy
• Create and oversee community-driven activations, events, and experiences
• Activate the brand across key cultural moments including editorial, red carpet, and stylist-led opportunities
• Own performance tracking across EMV, reach, engagement, affiliate, and conversion using tools like Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ
• Manage influencer budgets and optimize spend

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in influencer marketing in beauty, hair, or prestige consumer brands
• Established relationships across the creator, talent management, and professional stylist landscape
• Hands-on experience across paid partnerships, organic seeding, events, and creator commerce
• Proven taste in casting and curation
• Energized by a fast-paced, founder-led environment
