Shipping and Returns

 

We hope you love your Chris McMillan purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about making a return.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. (Returns after this time may be refused)
  • Items must be unopened and in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Return Authorization is required — returns without authorization will be denied.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

How to Request a Return:

Email us at clientservices@chrismcmillan.com to request authorization from our team.

Once your return is approved, obtain a shipping label from the carrier you choose and send your package to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost items during transit. Include your packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the package, and circle or highlight the items you are returning.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective and you’d like a replacement instead of a refund, email clientservices@chrismcmillan.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include any photos or videos to help our Client Services team resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If something’s missing or not quite right, let us know within 30 days of delivery at clientservices@chrismcmillan.com and we’ll fix it right away.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable method, as we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

A Few More Things to Know

  • Bundles, kits, and sets must be returned in full to receive a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returning a product doesn’t cancel any active subscriptions. To make changes, log in to your account or contact us.

Sephora Orders

If your product was purchased at Sephora or Sephora.com, please reach out to Sephora’s Customer Service for help with returns or replacements. 

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our facility.
  • Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method and email you a confirmation.
  • It can take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
